Transported by Terry Spring

Transported, a novel by Terry Spring

Her children now adults, she moved to the Gold Coast and wrote show-business advertorials for The Gold Coast Bulletin. Her first book ‘Rainbows End at Double Bay’ was published in 2003, and a second, short stories, entitled ‘Twenty Two Truly Twisted Tales’ followed – some of these short stories have been read on ABC radio and won competition certificates. Another became a film-script, and the film submitted to the 2011 Sydney Tropfest Film Festival. A speaker at libraries, lunches and writing festivals, she has written an ebook on genealogy and the historical ‘Transported’. A rags-to-riches story, it has been well-reviewed and is based on a true-life sent to Sydney from England in 1824, after being found guilty of stealing a watch in London. The last year has been spent ghost- writing the now published  ‘ The Secret Lives of Sex Workers’ and a yet to be published story of an Australian  secret agent and his involvement in the mystery of a missing Australian prime minister.
